You rock? Wink

But seriously, this show gets better and better all the time. New camera, fix some minor sound issues, you will do great. Love the constant new segments, and love how you change it up ep to ep. No redundancy or formulaic mumbo jumbo. I never know what I'm gonna get ep to ep, and I like that.

About that, Badge… I'd like to report that we do have a new camera WITH DIRECT AUDIO IMPUT!! (I hope D.H. wasn't saving that info…) That paired with the new lighting, I think we have a much better show on our hands, production quality-wise.

As far as unpredictability, next 2 eps will be Warped coverage. 11(!) total interviews with some signature silliness thrown in, then back to the usual set.

I think I can speak on behalf of my cohort when I say we are extremely proud of what we have accomplished and have no intention of backing down now. Next big step: VIEWERS!

DUDE, great news all around. Can not wait. Did you use new cam/audio for the interviews, or will that wait til the next "home" show?

Yeah, Doing what I can to get you more viewers. Forum, twitter, etc… I'll keep trying.

Til next just jonesing for a new Never Ending Rant. Been too long. Dang.

Absolutely we used the new cam/audio for the interviews. We definitely needed to step it up for this huge event and I think we pulled it off smoothly. The color quality is 10x better than the 5-year-old camera we were using. Since it's all digital media, not tapes like the old camera, it will make editing so much easier. Same with direct audio. No more syncing in post-production PLUS it sounds so much better than the little recorder we were using for recording the audio. I'm so pumped to see how much time this cuts off the post-production process.

Thanks for believing in our show and wanting to get some more viewers for us. Hopefully we see some new viewers for the Warped Tour coverage. We have seen a few new followers on our Twitter account, from other states which is pretty cool, it's not just friends of our friends or something.

Dan Berg, we absolutely won't back down now. We've come so far in so short time there's no way I'd stop now. Bigger and better things are in our future and I'm actually starting to believe it now.

We need to set a new goal since we murdered Warped. SXSW? Coachella?

Damn, the warped tour ep with new cam looks, awesome. Sounds good, too. Huge improvement, especially since you had little control over lighting and background sounds at a live event.

Looking forward to see how the "home" ones look in the future.

Studio, home, same thing. … Wink

Bet it's gonna ROCK though. Or Rap, or Punk, or Jazz…. er…

Still. Gonna say here, cause it got lost in the dead old forums, I absolutely love you guys know soooo much music history, old and newish, and are so up on current stuff. You remind me of me when I was your age. You two really are great. Got this Old fart back into music. Thanks, honestly.

Seriously, man, that means a lot. That's really all we wanted from this show, to hear from people that they're getting into new music or at least checking out some stuff they may not have in the past. Though a few extra bucks wouldn't hurt in the process Smile

But yeah, I'm so happy to hear that from you. And as Dan said, we are pretty excited to do a proper "studio" episode with the new equipment. Just have to come up with which segment will be featured.

I'm going to send out a tweet about this and mention it on the show. We've got an affiliate deal with eMusic. If you go to the home page, there will be an ad, and if you click through, you can sign up for a free trial (25 free mp3s), and we get a few $$ whether you decide to keep it or not. Totally free for you, really helpful for us.
