the beginning was interesting, thought I haven’t herd of many of those bands before.
the band was okay, though I’d hardly call it a band, being only two people and all.
and wow that guy with the guitar is f***ing hot!

The Postal Service is technically only 2 people, and that is totally a band…
Also, lol at anonymously calling Jerry hot!

d.h. do remember way back in the old days when we saw flight of the conchords on conan and afterwards we couldn’t find them anywhere on the internet at all. it hurts my heart that it took so long for them to reappear in my life

Hey Troy, thanks for the heads up.
In fact, we did do research about upgrading, and at the time of filming all we could find about the upgrading was the all or nothing.
And yes, you can remove the DRM yourself, but it’s more of a hassle than just buying DRM-free somewhere else (e.g. Amazon.com). You have to either buy a program to remove the DRM or burn a CD and rip it back to iTunes again. Definitely not ideal.

you could also burnit to a virtual cd. no physical cd required. thts the way i do it…

I just don’t purchase from iTunes. Problem solved.

I think the average user doesn’t even know what DRM is, let alone how to get rid of it by burning to a virtual CD.
Regardless, it doesn’t matter now. Apple was just behind the times on this issue.
